Lovin' me some Chick-Fil-A

Last night we had the oppurtunity to experience Chick-Fil-A. I have found a new weakness(and another way to gain all the weight I lost back)! It was amazingly good and I found it a little strange to be so obsessed with some chicken but it wan't just the chicken, it was the AMAZING waffle fries too. Justin (and his best friend David) went back for seconds. Davids fiance' already knew all about it, I could not believe she did not make us go sooner! I think this is just a southern resturant as I have never heard of it before so if you want to go you will have to come down to see us if you want to go! And trust me, you want to go. :)

I've known about them for a while, we have them here in MD although I haven't really been to one. Maybe once. They're a Christian owned chained and I think are closed on Sundays.

I am waiting for Seth to finish a math test so I thought I would pop in on bloglines.

I love Chick-Fil-A that was one of the hardest things moving to California. In Virginia they are everywhere but here I have to drive over an hour to get to the nearest one. (which we usually hit on our way to San Diego) Guess I can't complain too much though because I lost Chick-Fil-A but gained In-N-Out Burger!!!!!!!!! Yumo.

Oh, I LOVE Chik-Fil-A and so does Olivia. When I was pregnant with Ava I craved their sweet tea all the time (probably one of the reasons I gained so much weight). If you end up getting Maxwell a kid's meal from there, ask for a toddler toy. Their toddler toys are normally board books. Olivia loves them.

Bethany, I have to agree that In-N-Out is good! I have friends here who are from California and that's the place they complain about missing the most. Although where Ted works they make an awesome cheeseburger that my California friends have compared to In-N-Out.

Chic-Fil-A is .3 miles away from me sister! I LOVE it. On Tuesday nights it's called "Family Night" and kids eat free! it's the best. Ashleigh, you are so right, the sweet tea is to die for.

We love it, too. Ours is outstanding, the one Beth spoke of, which is about 2.3 miles from me! A lday from my dad's church works there and keeps it extremely clean. The manager and his staff personally escorted one person after another under umbrellas in the rain to and from their cars one day while I was in the drive thru. I rolled down my window and thanked him for that uncommonly good service. Then he thanked ME for coming to the restaurant! They used to have (may still have) a scholarship program, where if you work 1000 hours you get 1000 dollars toward college. I love their lemonade, too, and the cheesecake and all of their REAL, yes they are REAL, ice cream shakes. Let's just say there's nothing I don't like about Chick-Fil-A. The hardest part is wanting to eat there on Sundays sometimes, but knowing they're closed only reinforces my respect for that company. Pray they're never publically held!

I have to add on to Zoanna's comment. At the Chik-fil-a near our house, the staff is so friendly. They have to be one of the most pleasant fast food places to drive through.

Bethany, In-N-Out-Burger is the BOMB! I love them! We're getting a "Five Guys" just a block or so from work, hasn't opened yet. Has anyone been to one of them? Everyone's who's heard ot them raves about them.
