So...my Dad, who took this picture (and no it is not edited at all) submitted it to this website...
www.lifecomesatyoufast.com and they loved the picture, and during the week of 4/17 Maxwell's picture was flashed periodically through the week in TIMES SQAURE! So crazy! You can see a live picture taken when it was up on the big screen if you check out the site.
