Hi Anne! It's been a long time since I've seen you! I remember when you used to babysit us, and now you have your own little ones. :) Aww, he's sooo cute!! I wish I could meet him in person.
Oh yea! well it just so happens that "soft serve" is made the same way as regular ice cream. The difference is it can be store at higher temperatures than "hard". The colder the ice the less you can taste it cause it numbs out your taste buds. Therefore I think those old people are on to something. Not that I would know anything about the old part mind you.
