to completely steal her term (thanks Kim)...Brinner is served.

Ever since I saw Kim's post on Brinner, I haven't been able to get it off my mind. My husband Justin, who happens to be a breakfast for dinner kinda guy was thrilled. It was pretty yummy. So thank you to Kim for her great casserole recipe. I was going to try out the cinnamon rolls too, but Pilsbury won that battle. Let's face it, Kim is supermom!

Supermom, hardly. But thanks for thinking so:)

Isn't that casserole to die for? And your rolls look good too, man I love breakfast desserty stuff, so much.

Okay, so the car seat, I LOVE IT! Thank you. I had yet to find a pattern that made my heart do flip-flops. I was afraid I was gonna have to settle on black.

Mmm, I love breakfast for dinner. So easy and usually healthy (unless it's pancakes with bacon or something). I try to redeem pancakes by making them whole wheat with fruit or something. Last time I made "brinner" I made whole wheat pancakes and threw in some frozen blueberries. Yum!

I've made breakfast casseroles many times and just LOVE them! It's become a Christmas morning tradition, since they can sit over night in the fridge!
